CREATIVE DIRECTOR, COOKING ENTHUSIAST & FOUNDER OF CREATIVE AGENCY & LIFESTYLE STUDIO APARTMENTOFU
Long before Michelle designed the current 2143-sqft studio, she had a very clear vision of the the kind of integrated lifestyle space she wanted to create for herself and team at Tofu, a creative agency.
The office studio was conceptualised to be like a comfortable apartment, and was thoughtfully designed for the team and partners to move between various communal spaces throughout the day: the dining table, where coffee and breakfast are assembled; the den, where meetings are set to ambient folk tunes streamed from a speaker; and the island, a space that serves as both kitchen counter and discussion table.
NEXEN power tracks were the perfect touch to complement the integrated space. In particular, several adapters were fitted into a recessed space on the kitchen islands—ensuring their facades remain streamlined and clutter-free.
To complete the set-up, she also invested in the NEXEN Lite, a portable power track that’s true to its name.
Its lightweight and inconspicuous body allows Michelle and her team to carry the portable power track around easily — making it all the more convenient to work or lounge in any part of the studio office.
